ASVAB

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, ASVAB, administered to more than 600,000 students in 11,000 high schools across the country, is a powerful recruiting device for the U.S. military. This workshop will provide an overview of this testing regime, how the military uses it to lure recruits, and various administrative and legislative approaches to challenge its proliferation.
