Electric Embers: (800) 843-6197
DNS CONFIGURATION:
We normally migrate your domain to our servers in a two stage process, the first of which consists of making us your DNS host without affecting your current Web or email hosting services. But I gathered from my phone conversations with Gary that the DNS hosting might stay where it is? Let me know your plans here so we can proceed accordingly. If you are going to have us host the DNS it would be very useful to have all of the current records published. If you are going to leave the DNS hosted where it is, we can give you the webserver's IP address when you are ready to go live.

It looks to me like you will want our NPOMail service so you can administer your own email accounts. I've begun to set that up:
Admin username: [email protected]
Admin password: Milky7Plead4Strata
You will need to create email accounts for each of your users by logging into https://npomail.electricembers.net/admin
as described at:
http://electricembers.net/support/npomail-administrator.php
Note that during the setup phase, the email domain will have "npomail." prepended to your domain name, but this is a purely temporary measure to
avoid routing confusion, and the prefix will be removed when your service is activated. When you've created accounts for all of your users, let us
know and we will schedule with you a good time to reroute your incoming mail to our servers. There should be no lost emails and no downtime in
your service.
Once your setup is completed, you and your users can access their mail via Webmail, POP or IMAP, or set up forwarders to redirect it to anywhere else,
as described at:
http://electricembers.net/support/npomail-user.php
We can very easily alias the .net and .org versions of the domains together so mail sent to say [email protected] or [email protected] will land in the
same inbox. What's slightly trickier is the http://projectgreatfutures.nnomy.org and http://militaryfreeschools.nnomy.org
subdomains where I see you had two separate
contact@ mailboxes. We could just bundle these domains as aliases too, but that would collapse the contact@ addresses into one. . . If you really need
isolation there, we'll have to set up additional NPOMailBox domains at an added $4/month.
